Paediatric Protocol trigger reminder: Intensive phototherapy at TSB 3 mg/dL (51 µmol/L) above the conventional PT level or when TSB is increasing at >0.5 mg/dL/hour (8.5 µmol/L/hour). ET is indicated if the infant has moderate/advanced ABE or TSB is above the ET threshold; refer to the escalation-of-care pathway.
